Beer League career
The Bladezillas (2011–present)
Every year there is more and more to say about Pat – we havent known him long – but he continues to build a reputation with the team. Most of Bz came to ice hockey later in life – a lot of people in their 20s. Pat started playing when he turned 48. Forty. Eight. That makes Mike Pollard look young! This is what we attribute his work ethic and attitude to; Pat has to get a lot of hockey into a shorter than usual amount of time so there is no dicking around here. He will always play, he will always try his hardest and he will always make sure that if he can do something to get better he will.
We loves us some Pat.
Patrick subbed in during the latter half of Winter 2011-2012 (for an injured Joleen Badger )
Random Anecdote
It is because of Pat and the people he knows that most of our team has personal items (lots of cell phone cases) covered in Bladezilla logo stickers. Its pretty awesome.
