Dewey Booth, self-appointed, has held this position in a Stalin-like fashion since the team's inception in 2008 because it was his idea and no one is willing to take on the responsibilities now.

Dewey has been assisted in his role from time to time by Justin Doyle who has organized rosters and lines as well as by Troy Shannon who organizes Beer Duty, among others.
